Przystanek Cisna cuisine is not only climatic rooms, peace and tranquility conducive to relaxation, but primarily the vegeterian cuisine distinguishes us from other guesthouses. It is not dictated by fad, but the lifestyle of owners. So what you will find on our tables? Dishes full of fresh herbs, sheep cheese, mushrooms from the nearby forest and honey-scented meadows coming from Bieszczady mountains. We make sure that the components of which we prepare dishes were of the highest quality, which is why we choose local products and cultivate our garden. Our kitchen menu changes with the seasons, so even our regulars never get bored. In the spring, we encourage you to try a paste of bear’s garlic, soup of the young kohlrabis and tarts with spinach. Summer soup with green peas, lettuce with raspberry sauce and stuffed grape leaves. In turn, autumn is the time to try pancakes with pumpkin, colorful autumn soup and plum crumble. During the wintertime on our tables reigns buckwheat pie, hot lentil soup, tea with orange and ginger. Recipes for these and our other dishes you will find in the book by Kasia Rozmysłowicz “Vegetarian Kitchen” available in EMPIK or at Przystanek Cisna.
